Relaxing Pool Area

The pool area at the Phoenician Resort is just fantastic! With both outdoor and indoor pools, there's something for everyone. My family and I spent hours enjoying both, and the kids loved the heated indoor pools, especially on cooler days. It truly enhances the whole stay experience.

Kid-Friendly Facilities

I had a fantastic stay at the Phoenician Resort! The location is superb, with easy access to various restaurants, the beach, and shopping options. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the hinterland and pool area. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, making my experience even better. However, a few areas could use some upgrades, and the noise from nearby events was occasionally distracting.

The overall experience at the hotel was quite mixed. We had issues with cleanliness upon arrival, which really put a damper on our stay, and the service at reception could use more empathy. However, the apartment we were eventually moved to was spacious and well-equipped. I had a fantastic stay at the Phoenician Resort, perfectly located in the heart of Broadbeach, making it easy to enjoy all the Blues Festival activities. My room was clean and cozy, and the resort's amenities were excellent. However, the kitchen area did have a strange smell at first, and I wished for a bit more space around the bed and bathroom. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm looking forward to coming back.

I had a great stay at the Phoenician on Broadbeach. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, although the fold-up bed could use an upgrade.
